All of our preserves, jams, jellies, and syrups are created in small artisinal batches a few jars at a time from the freshest ingredients. While we wait for our own peach trees to get large enough to bear fruit, we use peaches from a local farm that we pick ourselves so we can ensure the same quality we have with the produce we grow on Persimmon Farm. This jam uses a white peach base infused with real vanilla. Small is 1/4 pint size, large is 1/2 pint size.
