All of our preserves, jams, jellies, and syrups are created in small artisinal batches a few jars at a time from the freshest ingredients. While we wait for our own peach trees to get large enough to bear fruit, we use peaches from a local farm that we pick ourselves so we can ensure the same quality we have with the produce we grow on Persimmon Farm. This jam comes in both traditional peach and white peach, which has a more delicate peach flavor. Small is 1/4 pint size, large is 1/2 pint size.
